Added 750 miles to the car from paper signed tell picked up after repairs. Why? Was told it would be ready Friday, then Saturday, then Monday. Then it was ready Tuesday. The first time I had service with Betten they left my windows down and my back window open which the headliner got soaked and stained they never replaced the headliner in a winter storm at the Coopersville store on my 82k Truck. The service girls were polite and easy to work with. But the owner owns a big dealer ship and ther charging 3 % back to the customer. Thank you I won't be back to buy any new trucks which we replace every 4 years or will we be using there service. More
