I don’t know any of those people listed. I worked with Doug Woods and Michael Hamilton and they both provided excellent customer service. Barnes has helped me the last couple times and he’s fine to work with. It’s the “policies” that are trash now

Well the service guy Jason 1 of the salesmen saw me getnin the car and saw the memory seat not move. They told me to keep working with it and maybe if it gets worse they can do something. I thought that was crazy. Its a brand new car, it should work. Ive been to service dept. Twice for this problem and do t know what else to do.
