My son been dealing with Baker on his truck for a check engine light. Every time I go’s in they can’t actually find what’s going on with it. Even though the code reads emissions code. They think they fix it and then it comes back on , they say it must be this problem and then fix it for this amount , then again the check engine light comes on after they say they fixed it. After they fixed it recently again I drove it another 45 miles and now the check engine light it’s back on. I drive a lot of miles for work so it go’s out of Warranty quick but been dealing with this since I bought the truck! I’m over it with them. This is ridiculous that they can’t find and fix a problem or admit this truck has a problem. It’s been in at least 3 times since November plus multiple times before that and costing me thousands of dollars and time and they still can’t fix it. They just keep throwing parts at it and not working. Baker is the worst dealership in Michigan or the USA to deal with and I’m not the only one that thinks this. I will be blowing this up on social media with my friends and family help. If Baker GMC doesn’t take care of this next step will be that I will call my Lawyer and GM.

Marcus was amazing to work with. Got me into a practically brand new, low mile, great, reliable car with low money down. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He really cares about his customers. I was interested in a different vehicle but he wasn't comfortable putting me in it after finding out the battery was dead. Hardest part was trying to get through to my insurance. Great staff, I was a referral and I will absolutely be referring others in the future!
