I was a single female shopping by myself. I met with Shane Watts who was very patient in working with me to make my decision between a used or new Honda CR-V. All details were taken care of efficiently by Brett, with plates and insurance transferred needing only a confirmation call to my insurance company. Scott and the rest of the staff at Honda was wonderful when it came to meeting my needs for a vehicle. I test drove a Honda CRV and fell in love with it but did not want the color they had on site.
