Thank you for taking the time to share all of this—it’s very clear how upsetting and disappointing this experience was for you and your wife, and we’re truly sorry it happened. No one should leave a service visit feeling misled, dismissed, or disrespected, especially after trusting us with a vehicle you purchased new from our dealership. The concerns you’ve raised are serious: the missing skid pan, not being clearly informed about what was done, not being shown the damaged part, and then feeling that your wife’s account was denied and her concerns were not believed. In addition, the way you describe the interaction and body language in the office is not the professional, respectful experience we expect our team to provide. This is not the impression we ever want to leave with our guests, and we apologize for the stress and frustration this has caused. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to learn more about exactly what happened, review the visit in detail, and address both the communication and vehicle concerns with the appropriate team members.
