It took me more than 5 tries to schedule my appt. No one picks up the phone. I stated choosing other depts and finally the parts dept picked up the phone and got me someone who would schedule my reca No one picks up the phone. Trina at the service desk was misleading with my wife, and when confronted became extremely rude. My wife brought our 2023 Honda HRV, which we bought brand new from the dealership, in to get an oil chang and when confronted became extremely rude. My wife brought our 2023 Honda HRV, which we bought brand new from the dealership, in to get an oil change. Our car went in with a skid pan underneath, and came home without a skid pan. Trina failed to fully inform my wife what was going on and just said that the tech had to zip tie the pan back on, but in reality they took it off. Trina gave my wife an estimate on a new pan, but when we went in the next day to find out where our pan was and what was wrong with it, she denied giving that quote And denied my wife’s entire side of the story. My wife was never shown the damaged body panel at the time of the visit. The issue got brought up to Craig the service manager, who basically put it back on us and didn’t believe what we were saying. On top of that while he was talking to my wife in the office, his posture was leaning back in his chair with his feet up on top of the desk, and proceeded to just be rude with my wife while she was trying to figure out what was going on, and why the skid pan was not put back on the car. Long story short, we are never going back to that dealership again More
