From the moment we walked in the dealership we were treated with respect. We appreciated the honest, "take your time" approach by Brett. We have bought many vehicles, both new and used, over the years, and this was the best purchasing experience we have encountered hands down. And for those wondering about Honda dealerships, we've either purchased new cars or had our cars serviced at three other Honda dealers in MIchigan, and Betten is the Best.
