I did not see a reference to a labor charge for the tire rotation when I scheduled it. When I dropped off the car, the person that checked me in confirmed the services I was getting but did not review potential charges at that time. She also asked if I wanted a car wash which I agreed to. When I picked up my vehicle I was informed it was an $86 charge. I asked to review the charges and I was told on a 2025 vehicle the free oil change period expired July 19 of 2025 (or 12,000 miles which I have not reached yet) and that I had already used my free oil change. Also reviewed the $24 labor charge for tire rotation. And my car had not received a car wash. I asked if the car wash was going to be done and the representative asked me if I wanted one. I reminded her that we spoke about it when I checked in and she wrote it down on the work order. So there were unexpected charges and I had to wait for my vehicle after I had received a call that the vehicle was done. So perhaps a little more clarity at check-in for expected costs so that clients are not surprised when they pick up their vehicle. More

Gone downhill…. Inexperienced service representatives and very disappointed in problem solving!
