Bettenhausen Lockport’s service department was very helpful in helping me with the difficulties Stellantis gave me regarding needed warranty repairs. No one expects to have issues with a new car but unfortunately they happen and a dealership is the middleman oftentimes because communicating with the manufacturer is very difficult.
