Parts department manager, Mike did an excellent job with my tire and alignment proposal. Disappointed with the service department. Waiting for a 2 1/2 hr service estimate for tire installation and alignment my tire and alignment proposal. Disappointed with the service department. Waiting for a 2 1/2 hr service estimate for tire installation and alignment turned into 4 1/2. Must have been the oil change I added. The little details make a difference….Car was returned with driver mirror folded back by the car wash and not turn back down and only 3 valve stem caps on new tires....2 different types to boot. Facility was very nice. Personnel and staff I encountered over the 4 1/2 were friendly and polite . More
