I went in with a concern about my brakes and was sent away in my car and told to return tomorrow. I returned the next day and left my car for about 7 hours. I returned when called to pick it up and was n away in my car and told to return tomorrow. I returned the next day and left my car for about 7 hours. I returned when called to pick it up and was not given any info about the service. I was just told to grab the key. I had to ask about what was discovered during the service in turn I was told there was no active codes and nothing is wrong with my car. My car didn't brake twice while driving and that doesn't just randomly happen. I was not told if a full brake inspection was completed or anything at all. The best part of my service at this location was David who saw my license plate was falling off and took the time to screw it back on even when it became a bigger problem because it originally wasn't put on properly when I bought it. I was very frustrated I was sent away with no answers or communication. More
