When my 16-year old son was in the market to purchase a car, I kept telling him to go see Mike @ Bettenhausen. But I am his mom - and he is smarter than me ;) so he went to 4 different dealerships...only to end up purchasing his car from the 5th dealership - Mike @ Bettenhausen. We got my jeep right after his accident. Mike remembered all about that and was determined to put him in a good, safe car. He is the best! Fantastic customer service!! I have had a difficult year. Recovered form a triple bypass surgery in the beginning of 2018 and the closing of all locations at work at the end of 2 I have had a difficult year. Then in the beginning of t hi is year, my car decided to start giving me trouble. It became hazardous to continue driving. Enter Brion Parrish. I stopped by Bettenhausen at 159th and 94th ave. Explained my dilemma to Brion. He was fantastic. He understood my issues and assured me that we would be able to come out of this opportunity with great results. After looking at 3 cars that he thought would fit my requirements, my wife and I found the perfect car. Thanks to Brion and the entire Bettenhausen team. Great job! More

Brion was up front, no BS, and was there for me, not himself or the dealer. I felt that he was honest and down to earth, not your typical used car salesman what so ever. If shopping for a car, I recommend you ask for Brion Parrish. I want to share this short story as it really shows how much Brion is going to be there for you. Brion was in a car accident later that night I bought my car and had been off work after. I reached out to him for a favor a few days later via a text not knowing this, he promptly called me, explained he was not in the office, but would call in and get my request handled!
