Customer satisfaction It may seem odd that I would give the salesman five stars and the dealer only 4, however, i just feel that the pre-inspection work that should have be It may seem odd that I would give the salesman five stars and the dealer only 4, however, i just feel that the pre-inspection work that should have been done on the car i purchased first, the Fiat 500C was lacking in thoroughness. Brion Parrish, once made aware of the fact that the Fiat was in the service department almost as long as we had it, responded immediately to resolve our concerns. In the end, we are actually paying more for the Cruze than we should be because of this error by the dealer, but I believe that Brion did his best to help us get out of the Fiat and its issues. It would be great to be able to speak with the Bettenhausen owners and try and lower the amount of finance I will be paying which comes to almost 4000 on the Cruze because the technicians failed to fully inspect the Fiat. Again my review of Brion is still five stars, but as a salesman, I know he can only do so much. More
