The car took six weeks to arrive, but Ed kept me informed the whole time. On delivery, Ed went over all the details of the vehicle and made sure it was perfect for me. When the dealer didn't have the exact Explorer I was looking for, my sales person Ed Cabanas stated that was “no problem” and assisted me with ordering a new one. I was always under the impression that looking for, my sales person Ed Cabanas stated that was “no problem” and assisted me with ordering a new one. I was always under the impression that to get the best price you needed to purchase a vehicle from a dealer's existing inventory. That certainly wasn’t the case as Ed’s pricing was better than two other regional dealers with similar vehicles. When the vehicle arrived there was some minor damage that appeared to have occurred during the transport. Ed immediately engaged the sales manager and body shop manager and by the next day the vehicle was as good as new. Thank you! More
