I called about a recall on my Ford escape. I gave them the recall number was set up a date and time to drop my car off. I dropped the car off when the technician was looking at it. There was a sound that has been annoying us for months. They fixed an issue covered by warranty. But it didn't fix issue. They squeezed us in before our family vacation, identified two other issues.
