It was truly a pleasure to meet and work with Rory Foster and Ed Cabanas as they assisted me in trying to locate the exact new-model Ford truck that my buyer is looking for (the buyer is a commercial establi and Ed Cabanas as they assisted me in trying to locate the exact new-model Ford truck that my buyer is looking for (the buyer is a commercial establishment, and I am acting as a go-between), as well as test-driving and estimating the trade-in value for the buyer's used Ford truck. I had also earlier spoken over the phone with sales assistant "Taylor" (who set up the meetings for me with Rory and Ed), and she was very helpful, courteous, friendly, and efficient in checking out on line the available vehicles that generally met the specs that we were looking for, and she called me back very promptly with the info. As it turned out, Ed figured out that there were no existing 2012-model vehicles available that met all of the specs of what the buyer wanted, so we had to "Build and Price" a new vehicle from scratch via Ford's website, which could then be ordered and built by Ford within the next few months. I am now in the process of submitting the documentation and proposal to the buyer -- for their approval -- and I'm hopeful that we will be able to finalize the deal in the next few weeks. Overall, it was an extremely enjoyable customer experience for me to work with the folks at Beuckman, and I wish them continued great success in the future!! Keep up the good work, guys and gals!! We came across this dealer because of their relationship with the Costco car buying program. My wife had a specific color in mind for the car she was after. This dealer did not have that color but agreed with the Costco car buying program. My wife had a specific color in mind for the car she was after. We completed the deal in a very pleasant and professional way on a Saturday morning and we had planned to pick up the car on Monday after they got it from the other dealer. As it turned out, the other dealer had already sold that vehicle to another dealer. When the Bo Beuckman sales manager told us this on Monday he also said he had found 3 other matching vehicles within the state. I fully expected to have to argue with him about the cost of going to get the car from another dealer but they said since we had a deal they would take care of the cost of getting the car. As it turned out, the car was about 4 hours away and they got it to us without incident. This was the most pleasant and professional car buying experience I have had. Thanks you Michael Bradford. Our sales person, Mike Yust, was very professional, knowledgeable and took a no-pressure approach. I would say he was the best car salesperson we have ever had the pleasure to work with. We also test drove another vehicle and looked at most of the used cars. I appreciate the fact that the used car prices are displayed for better comparison. We opted buying a new 2013 Taurus and were very pleased with the whole process, price and dealership - and also all the time that was spent with us. We'll certainly go back for our next car. More
