Hi Monica, Thank you for your reply. I recieved a phone call on October 6,2012 from Sean Martin in regards to my email. He stated that he returned my call last week but unfortunately my Fiance or I was not aware of that call. Since I am out of town for a business training, I have not made any appointments at this time to bring the vehicle up to the dealership to be repaired. Also, I was informed that the scratches will be too difficult to buff out due to the scratches being on the bumper. Since Sean stated that it would cost over $1,000.00 to replace the bumper,I informed him that a bumper guard can be placed on the bumper to hide the scratches. However I have not heard anything else about that option. Sincerely Tomyra Harris
