Parts for my truck were on backorder, it took a month and a half for the parts to arrive. I received an email stating that the parts had arrived, and when I called to set up an appointment, I was told that t a half for the parts to arrive. I received an email stating that the parts had arrived, and when I called to set up an appointment, I was told that the parts were not there. Followed back up on my own on a few days later, to find that the parts had arrived. Service was scheduled for Saturday, which took about three hours and I was never offered a courtesy vehicle. Being that I just purchased the vehicle a little over a month ago, I figured that would be a nice gesture for my business. Jonathan took good care of me along with another gentleman that took my vehicle and got it washed after the service was complete. The truck is running fine now. More

I don’t believe the diagnostic test was accurate. I believe that based on what I told the service person, the information provided was based on what I said. I told the tech that Toyota Weston didn’t I believe that based on what I told the service person, the information provided was based on what I said. I told the tech that Toyota Weston didn’t put oil in the car when the car was previously serviced and that the car stalled out when I traveled to Texas and based on that information, I was advised that I need a new engine and that the year of the car makes it difficult for the oil to go to different parts of the vehicle. I will follow up with another mechanic to see if that is truly the case. More

I almost cancelled because of how many times I was contacted. More
