My experience with Bev Smith Toyotas Service department was absolutely terrible. Service department if I was able to give 0 stars. Unprofessional customer service, Kim is a lier- Mike doesn’t know anything was absolutely terrible. Service department if I was able to give 0 stars. Unprofessional customer service, Kim is a lier- Mike doesn’t know anything about cars and Dave is giving assumptions instead of facts. Toyota INDEFINITELY needs to step up there service department and start hiring people THAT ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THERE DOING! I would expect this service from a mom & pop shop but from a Toyota dealer is unacceptable. Corporate will be involved and I will no longer do service with Toyota. More
Everyone I came into contact with was extremely nice and helpful, the place was very clean and the service was quick. Quick circle in. Understood what was needed and got right to work. New waiting area while modern and trendy was ok but lacked comfortable seating.
