We purchased our vehicle on May 6th, paid in full! Only received one key! Was told we had to wait and if they could not get the other original key from the previous owner then they would order one t Only received one key! Was told we had to wait and if they could not get the other original key from the previous owner then they would order one to be made by the parts department! We’ve waited over one whole month, I called the parts department and they told me they could have programmed the additional key day one with the one key that was given to us on day one! Instead we’re the ones who had to suffer day after day with only one key for over a month! Very disappointing, frustrating and disheartening to very loyal customers for years! More
