My experience with Bev Smith Toyotas Service department was absolutely terrible. Service department if I was able to give 0 stars. Unprofessional customer service, Kim is a lier- Mike doesn’t know anything was absolutely terrible. Service department if I was able to give 0 stars. Toyota INDEFINITELY needs to step up there service department and start hiring people THAT ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THERE DOING! I would expect this service from a mom & pop shop but from a Toyota dealer is unacceptable. Corporate will be involved and I will no longer do service with Toyota. More
