I dropped off my vehicle on Sept 5th to Bev Smith Toyota's Collision Center for repairs after an accident. It has been 21 days without a set timeframe of when my vehicle will be repaired! Either I or my daughter have spoken to Janessa, Abby, their manager and a Customer Relations manager, Ms. Ivey who although polite have not assisted or shown empathy for this level of poor customer experience. They insist on placing blame entirely on the insurance company while not acknowledging their own part. In first, not following insurance's specific instructions on how to properly submit claim for payments and second, not taking initiative in advising me earlier of delays with insurance. Each time I got any information was because I personally called, went down there or had my daughter call them to find out what was wrong. This was a very disappointing experience in not only poor customer relations but a lack of integrity which is something I highly value as a pastor! More

Upon arrival at dealership, salesperson was very informative regarding required service and maintenance expectations. I have waited on my vehicle for a few hours there and been and there has alway informative regarding required service and maintenance expectations. I have waited on my vehicle for a few hours there and been and there has always been some sales person asking me if I want a to sale my vehicle back to Toyota OR purchase a newer vehicle. However, there are no extra incentives offered. By extra incentives I mean this; I also drive an Acura MDX and every time I have my vehicle serviced from the Acura dealership, my MDX is washed and vacuumed before they return it to me. If you want a 5 Star rating for this dealership, then my suggestion is to give customers a clean vehicle back after servicing it. I mean, who doesn't love getting a clean car back after it has been service! Just my opinion. More
