Although the routine oil changed turned into a lot of maintenance work for the Rav 4, I was so pleased that the service crew took the time to check everything out and make sure the car was safe to drive. Drove 1000 miles to get back to for repair We had a warning ABS light go off on a recent trip to KY. I tried to reset but it stayed on. I took my 2013 Tundra to Frankfort Toyota to see if it wa We had a warning ABS light go off on a recent trip to KY. I tried to reset but it stayed on. I took my 2013 Tundra to Frankfort Toyota to see if it was fixable. After sitting for 4 hours I was told the ABS light was on and the right rear wheel speed sensor was bad. The replacement part was not in stock and it would be several days. After being assured no damage would occur we opted to bring it home for the fix. With two huge scratches added to drivers door that were unexplainable and not on the truck when I brought it in I was livid. Not even a touch up bottle of matching paint was offered. Stan took care of me and my truck in less than one hour and had the touch up paint in inventory. Everyone at Bev Smith tries to do the best possible service. They have proven that to me several times in the past 5 years and that is why I go there. Keep up the good work. More
