An outstanding experience from start to finish I came in to buy a new battery for my Sienna van. While they were installing it my wife and I were just strolling about the new car lot to kill time. We were approached by a wonderful gentleman, Mike Rinaldi who used no pressure or aggressive manner to introduce us to a new RAV4. We had no intention of buying a new car but his very sincere smooth way of introducing us to the idea won over and I drove home with a new battery which was encased with a brand new car. More
