Worst experience with their service center. Made my recall appointment 1 month in advance. Got there 7:30, second in long line of cars. Waiting, waiting while everyone else is getting taken car Made my recall appointment 1 month in advance. Got there 7:30, second in long line of cars. Waiting, waiting while everyone else is getting taken care of behind me. I finally asked what was going on 20 minutes later to find that my service rep didn't show up for work yet. No one stepped in to take over until I started to complain that I needed to get to work myself. Was passed from one to another until finally someone did the paperwork. Service manager should have assigned me to someone else after 20-30 minutes of waiting with no help. After all I was the second car in line. Then when I found out that my insurance card in my wallet was an old card, even though my insurance is up to date, they couldn't give me a loaner. Understandable. But again a manager should have offered to give me a courtesy ride since by this time I was late for work. I'll go to Santa Monica BMW where my wife had a great experience. More
