David, the BMW Genius, has been extremely helpful walking me through navigating the complex technical features of the car. They have been very accommodating. More

Poor customer service from service manager diown There is a lady Evelyn responsible for loaner cars. She has was hired by a mutual friend who is no longer her friend. She lied and said I damaged a ri There is a lady Evelyn responsible for loaner cars. She has was hired by a mutual friend who is no longer her friend. She lied and said I damaged a rim on a loaner in order to get me banned from loaners. Meanwhile Andrew Kim and management refused to fix paint damage to my bumper while in service. They keep your car for days even weeks sometimes without performing the service the car was brought in for. Just the worst and unethical. The lady who is the service manger calls from an unrecorded line. Fraudulent and unethical. More
