One of the main issues I had was the excessively high processing fee. For my truck alone, I was charged close to $1,000, which I felt was unreasonably high. After picking up the truck from the dealership and getting home, I realized how dirty it actually was. It was clear that little to no effort was put into cleaning it. They appeared to have only wiped down visible surfaces. Interior compartments, the dashboard, and other areas were completely neglected. There were even food stains on the passenger-side door, which is unacceptable for a vehicle being sold. As a result, I was left having to clean the truck myself after purchase. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership due to the lack of care and attention they put into their vehicles, whether used or new. More
