I took my vehicle to this dealership to have it inspected for a vibration occurring at highway driving speeds. I was told that my tires were aggressive and because my rims were STI rims and not WRX rims, the for a vibration occurring at highway driving speeds. I was told that my tires were aggressive and because my rims were STI rims and not WRX rims, they would not even inspect the suspension because it was a modification. I bought my WRX with these rims and had always had the existing BFGoodrich tires in the vehicle for the life of the car. I’ve had multiple Subaru dealerships service my car with this existing equipment without any problems. The customer service was insanely slow and the service representative assigned to my case couldn’t even speak in complete sentences most of the time. The service representative called me by mistake before I even left the dealership in my courtesy loaner to tell me about the status of someone else’s vehicle and then laughed and hung up on me when she realized what she had done. I waited 30 minutes for them to bring my vehicle around from the back when I picked it up and the place was completely void of customers. This was the most unprofessional organization and the greatest display of incompetence I’ve ever experienced in automotive experiences in my life. I will NEVER return to this dealership. More

I bought a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek from Beyer Subaru this past Memorial Day weekend. I cannot express the professionalism, courtesy, and genuine manner Pete Bader showed me. I walked out of three other deale past Memorial Day weekend. I cannot express the professionalism, courtesy, and genuine manner Pete Bader showed me. I walked out of three other dealerships for being treated poorly - I wasn't desperate for a vehicle - I was just in the market for one. Mr. Bader let me examine the vehicle at my leisure, test-drive it, and let me go home to talk things over at my own pace. He understood the investment I was making and let me take my time. He didn't pressure me to get any extra services, and only asked me one time if I was interested in financing through them (I had been pre-approved through my bank). He got me titled with permanent tags on the holiday, which I was very appreciative of. The car has been great but truthfully Mr. Pete Bader was the highlight of the experience and the reason I chose to do my business with Beyer Subaru. More

Tried to purchase a used Jeep via the internet as I am located a several hundred miles away. Was contacted by phone by Peter Bader and the sales manager, Omar, and made an offer over the phone. We did n located a several hundred miles away. Was contacted by phone by Peter Bader and the sales manager, Omar, and made an offer over the phone. We did not agree on a price but they told me what they wanted for the vehicle (asking price and they would forgo the usual dealer fee.) The next day I got an email advertising that the price of the vehicle was raised by about 1000.00. I called Peter and he said they would stand by their original offer. I texted a few days later with an offer closer to their price and Peter texted back that they needed about 800 more. I then texted back a few days later with an offer to meet them halfway. Never heard back. A few days later I sent an email explaining that I texted an offer and they never responded and asked Peter to please respond to my latest offer. Never heard back again. Another dealer email blast came through with the price of the vehicle raised again more than $1000+. So what started out as an advertised internet price of ~37K, the new advertised price after trying to negotiate went up to 39,639. Strange, never heard back and they kept raising the price of the vehicle that they could have sold for $400 below what they agreed to sell it for. Poor follow through in my opinion. Would not recommend dealing with them. More

Nicest people in the business I purchased a new 2018 crosstrek from Beyer Subaru, and I had another dealership say they would match the price of Beyer subaru that was 4 miles from I purchased a new 2018 crosstrek from Beyer Subaru, and I had another dealership say they would match the price of Beyer subaru that was 4 miles from my house but I traveled the 35 miles because they were so much friendly to work with and they acted like they really cared about me, I worked with Cesar who was just a delight. Gus the sales manager was super friendly and when we weren't talking about cars told me all about how Alexandria used to be before they build it up. And Kam the Financial advisor was super nice and answered all my questions about financing as I was a first time new car buyer. Also, the car I originally came to see was sold like an hour before I got there, but they honored the price on a different car that was the exact same but had just been there a shorter amount of time. I would 100% recommend buying from them not only because of the great price and value you'll get, but working with them was by far the best experience I have had when buying a car. More

Best Price for Subaru in Northern VA area I have recently purchased a 2018 Outback fully loaded. I did all the price negotiations via email. I've emailed about 25 dealers and Beyer was the one that gave me the best price. They gave me a real good price on my trade in vehicle. Miguel was my salesman who made everything happen. They kept all the promises they made over email and over the phone. He was very professional and friendly from the beginning to end. He did everything he could to make us happy. I was in and out of the dealer in 2 hours. Dealer felt like a small family owned business. My advise: Purchase vehicles at the end of the quarter. End of March 31, June, Sept, or Dec if possible Use USAA new vehicle purchase tool online if you have access. Start getting prices about 10 days before for end of the quarter. Use other dealers price to negotiate. Purchasing a vehicle for a great price takes time. Use Miguel because he will get your price for you from management. More
