Estefany Reyes, Jonathan Mejia, and Shay Adijan really went above and beyond after discovering my tires weren't rotated after a major service. I was offered a free detail, and when I needed to bring my ca went above and beyond after discovering my tires weren't rotated after a major service. I was offered a free detail, and when I needed to bring my car back in shortly after that for a rough idle, they were able to fix that also free of charge. Even though the particular service my car needed was completely separate from that major service. I emailed the director of service Kevin Hall, who was very responsive in answering all my questions, and extremely pleasant and polite. I couldn't be happier with Beyers. I trust my vehicle in their hands and even when human mistakes are made I trust their team to make it right. Will certainly return. More
