Made the process as easy as possible. Went in needed a certain amount for my trade. Done. Wanted car for a price. Done. Got a CPO with a warranty. DONE. My daughter brought her Subaru in for an oil change. She told the intake person she had a service contract. When we went to pick up the car, we had the service warranty in had. The service team refused to accept it because they didn't have it upfront. Too late! Too bad! So, aggravated by that, I went to pay a charge that I had not expected to pay and was told you would add 4% for using my credit card. How petty is that? Then my daughter got in her car to find the mirrors askew and the Check Engine light is on. She obviously needed wiper blades, but no one bothered to notice or offer to sell and install new ones. We were looking for a service shop for my daughter's Subaru. It's pretty clear that we will not return to your shop. More
Excellent and over the top Service helping us replace our FOB 200 miles from home. We called and they offered an immediate service time to review options. Two key folks helped with options - Jack Matteson Service Manager and Estephany Reyes - on the ball with timely and reassuring information. Thank you so much to those two I purchased a car at Beyer Subaru years ago and years later I find myself getting emergency service during a very stressful time. Culture, training, hiring solid individuals, etc - they do it right. Both departments (Sales years ago and Service last week) were so professional and helpful. More
