I have an excellent knowledge of repair costs and so far Beyer has been very reasonable. By far the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. More
I really like the staff at this dealership, but I think it’s really gross that they are now putting the credit card fees on the consumer. It’s mean spirited and predatory and just plain greedy. And instead of working with Americans to fight the banks and their exorbitant and unnecessary fees, they are joining the chorus of capitalist oligarchs and choosing greed over humanity. This is especially disgusting since Don Beyer is a democratic elected official. His hypocrisy is showing and it’s not a good look. More

Brought in my brand new 2025 Crosstrek for the first ever oil change and tire rotation service. When I picked it up, there was oil spilled on the oil fill cap around the oil filter “tray” and on the engine. oil change and tire rotation service. When I picked it up, there was oil spilled on the oil fill cap around the oil filter “tray” and on the engine. I only noticed after a few days when I had the air in the fresh air mode and could smell burning oil. Therefore I made the service representative aware and brought the car back and it was not only when I showed the pictures that I was told to leave the car to have the Engine bay detailed. When I want to pick it up Crosstrek it didn’t smell like oil burning anymore, it smelled like chemicals from the plastic protection that they sprayed all over the engine. If they would’ve done it right, I would’ve not been concerned, but because they left the engine wet when they sprayed it now I got spots all over the plastic parts. A good quality control from the beginning would had noticed the obvious oil spilled and I would’ve not had this issue. All I got was an apology, no offer or discount on a future service or anything else for the waste of time of me having to return to the dealer and not have my car. I’ll be looking for a reputable mechanic or at the least another Subaru dealer in the area. More
