There was a minor problem with my vehicle after recent service. The matter was resolved with no questions asked after I brought it to the attention of the service representative. I brought my Ascent in for a very overdue service at 120,000 miles. I also had an inoperative tire pressure gauge and the new struts I’d had installed by another Subaru dealership made it drive like a b 120,000 miles. I also had an inoperative tire pressure gauge and the new struts I’d had installed by another Subaru dealership made it drive like a boat. They gave me a courtesy Ascent and went to work. The other dealership had screwed up installing the struts so Beyer handled making the other guys pay for the new struts (after only 5 months). Everything is now working as well as when I drove it new off the lot. I will stick with Beyer from now on! More
Everything is great! The car is running without a hitch. Love the new tires. And it was all well coordinated when I came in for simple oil change. I love Beyer Subaru! I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else for service. Recently I took my car in because I was having trouble with the brake release button as well as s I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else for service. Recently I took my car in because I was having trouble with the brake release button as well as some other lights on the dash. When I was told my car was ready to be picked up I did so and noticed as I was returning home that my brake light on the dash started to blink. It was late in the day but I called Sandie (a fabulous, kind, wonderful and very competent woman) and left a message about the brake light flashing. By the time I got up the next morning Sandie had left a message and I called her back. She arranged for someone to pick up my car and drop off a loaner for me to use while Beyer tended to my problem. A few days later a Beyer representative dropped off my repaired car at my home!! This is outstanding service. More
