My daughter brought her Subaru in for an oil change. She told the intake person she had a service contract. When we went to pick up the car, we had the service warranty in had. The service team refused to accept it because they didn't have it upfront. Too late! Too bad! So, aggravated by that, I went to pay a charge that I had not expected to pay and was told you would add 4% for using my credit card. How petty is that? Then my daughter got in her car to find the mirrors askew and the Check Engine light is on. She obviously needed wiper blades, but no one bothered to notice or offer to sell and install new ones. We were looking for a service shop for my daughter's Subaru. It's pretty clear that we will not return to your shop. More

Excellent and over the top Service helping us replace our FOB 200 miles from home. We called and they offered an immediate service time to review options.
