I made an appointment for 715am (first available slot of the day) for a simple state safety inspection; an inspection that takes about 5 mins anywhere else. I pulled in at 710am and I'm told it will be a 90 the day) for a simple state safety inspection; an inspection that takes about 5 mins anywhere else. I pulled in at 710am and I'm told it will be a 90-minute wait because there are others ahead of me and they only have 1 inspector and it takes a while to complete the inspection. I left, took it down the street, and the inspection was completed in 6 minutes. This was an unsatisfactory experience. What is the point of an appointment if others can just drive-in and be ahead? Unfortunately, can't recommend this dealership any longer. I've had previous experience where an oil change (with an appointment) takes 90+ minutes but I overlooked it; couldn't this time. More
