Our salesman, Erik Sundvor, and the Bickford Team went out of their way to place us in our 2010 Ford Focus in the final hours of the 2009 "Cash for Klunkers" Program. Of all my previous car buying experiences, this was most enjoyable as we felt no pressure to buy--only a willingness by the Bickford staff to meet our needs. Being raised by one of the finest automobile repairman in Washington State who owned his own repair shop, I have been very impressed by the quality of Bickford's Service Department--we feel the competent and friendly Bickford service staff is well worth the additional 1 1/2 hr drive from Cle Elum to Snohomish--their prices are reasonable as well! I would never buy a car anywhere else. I have purchased both a car and a truck at Bickford. On both occasions, the salesperson was not pushy. In fact, when I bought the car, the sales person allowed me to take the car home for four days with just a $100.00 deposit. When I came back, he handed me my check and asked me what I wanted to do--no pressure!!. I did buy the car, but noted that the windshield washers didn't work. They fixed the washers at their expense, and, without prompting, also fixed the serpentine belt and rear brakes AT NO CHARGE because they felt they "should have done that before it went out for sale". At all times I have been treated with respect and without the usual "Hey, Little Lady" attitude a woman often gets at a car dealership. Bickford Ford is the best dealership anywhere! More
