Yesterday’s service appointment was by far the best experience I have had in 2+ years. When I paid for my extended service contract, I was all-but promised a shuttle option if needed and an offer of a experience I have had in 2+ years. When I paid for my extended service contract, I was all-but promised a shuttle option if needed and an offer of a vehicle wash when my car was brought in for service. For almost two years these services have been eliminated. In fact, the last two previous times I was asked if I would like my vehicle washed, to which I replied “please”, but neither time was it washed. I am confident that the really getting old COVID excuse will come into play here, but I will carefully evaluate the recent service levels provided by Bickford Ford when I consider my next vehicle purchase.
