Wow, extremely shady dealership. I was interested in purchasing a car and wanted to trade in as well. Met with a sales agent and received a quote for my trade in (a bit below other trade in quotes that purchasing a car and wanted to trade in as well. I was moving through the process and let them know that I was going to be going through another bank for financing. It was at this point that I was informed that all financing must go through them. No exceptions. Thought that was strange, but applied for financing online. After a day I called to find out what the financing rate came in at. They said that the financing was set, but they do not discuss the interest rates over the phone. I explained to them that it was a long drive, and I didn't want to make the trip if their financing was not going to match what I had previously been quoted. The salesman said that they would get back to me "within an hour," but never heard back. Just called and they informed me that the car had been sold. Overall, just a very shady experience, from a place that has virtually zero integrity. You've been warned. More

Bid Cars was highly recommended to my husband and me. I called and spoke with a sales representative, Neil, and told him exactly what I was looking for. We went to test drive it and in the process, another sales representative Chris, was helping my husband look at the trucks they had, while leading him in the right direction of what would fit him best! Going to test drive the jeep I was interested in turned into me buying it and my husband buying a truck! Chris went above and beyond to help us then Tom took over and did the financial steps with us. Tom made sure to go over all of our best options and made sure we got fully covered! This car sale experience was the most stress free, easy and fun! Chris and Tom are the nicest, most honest people we have ever dealt with while doing a sale. Bid Cars has the friendliest staff, best service and most reasonable, AND HONEST, prices! I set up an appointment, test drive the vehicle very shortly after arriving, and had an agreement in hand within the ho in with certain expectations. Marat was super friendly and attentive. I had requested certain fixes for my car and he made sure everything was put together when it was ready for pick up.
