They talk down on other dealerships, which is expected, but not to the degree they do it. They do not take no for an answer. They basically legally trick you into buying NEW cars no matter if you go into buy a used car or just to test drive. I've bought from them before and the car was a total flop. I was young, and looking back on it, I see that they tricked me into it by not giving me all the information and taking advantage of my naivety. I went in this past weekend to buy and I did not feel any different. I went with another dealership completely. More
