Very unproffessional. This dealership doesn't seem to care much for is customers and doesn't seem to know what it's doing. We had to resubmit paperwork on at least 4 separate occassions because they apparently can't keep up with stuff. Thirty one days after buying a vehicle we still haven't received the title. Every time we've been there, we've spent more time waiting than doing anything else. We are not a priority for them. More

Be warned. It is only about money and nothing else. My experience with big red was very unprofessional to start with. They have their game down perfectly. Then realized the front tire was showing metal strands on the inside of the tread area. It could have blown any second. This irritated me badly because I had them go over the car before I purchased it. Went back and ask them if they could do something about this and that I was unhappy that they sent me off in a very dangerous car with my kids. They said no you bought it as is. I just spent $410 for two new front tires. Also discovered other expensive things that were not disclosed on the car. I believe wholeheartedly that they knew of this. And didn't care. That is bad business that shouldn't be allowed to continue. More
