DON'T BUY FROM THEM The typical "car salesmen" split tongue service. The salesman would never tell me the total price of the car I wanted. He only wanted to talk about the amount of payment I wanted to make each month. I repeatedly asked him for the total price of the vehicle and he would not answer me. I have no idea why they are even trying to make deals when they have to run to the corner office for approval every time you talk anyway. Bring the guy in the "secret office" out and cut out the middle man. Not to mention the pushing of the Extended Service Warranty and TERRIBLE GAP coverage policy. My car was totaled and I purchased both plans through Big Red Sports. Now I can't get anyone with Big Red Sports to help me get my claims processed and the GAP coverage they sold me is refusing to pay a dime until I get Big Red to refund for the remaining portion of the added extras they sold me. I love the KIA vehicles but could really do without Big Red. From this point forward I will be dealing with a different dealership to purchase my next KIA. More

bait and switch I'm from 2 hours away and I want a kia forte I found one online I liked . I explained that it was a 4 hour round trip I wanted to come in pay my down and be in and out in an hour...i was told I qualified and this could be done. When I got there they told me no and I only qualified for a used car that that was only a pre approval even though I called the evening before to confirm and double check that this was a done deal . I would be able to drive the car I found online home . The manager was rude and would not let me finish a sentence when I got irate he informed that that was his house and and he could make me leave. He was extremely rude and condescending and I would not recommend them to anyone, in fact I would go as far as to state they do not keep their word and and would let anyone I know to stay away from them. More

Make sure you have ALL of the information I found a vehicle listed by Big Red online and it looked like an awesome deal. The ad indicated that the vehicle was nearly perfect. So...after deali I found a vehicle listed by Big Red online and it looked like an awesome deal. The ad indicated that the vehicle was nearly perfect. So...after dealing with them on the phone and via email across several days (asking every question I could think of about the car), I decided to drive to get this near perfect vehicle at an awesome price (7 hours!). When I get there the first thing I see is a hole in the passenger seat along with other stains on the back seat (something I specifically asked about but was told there were none). Also, after a supposed detail, there was cat hair all in the back when you laid down the seats! Needless to say, I did not drive home in this vehicle. I recommend that if you deal with this company, to be very skeptical and to check things out for yourself before making a deal! More
