Would be ZERO STARS but it wont let me. When we arrived and shown the huge inventory we were told of a car that had all we needed and had significant dealer discounts. However, once we received all paperwork- after being rushed through, turns out the dealer discounts went from $16,000 to 7,000. After contacting the dealership about being misled at the table we were pretty much told we were liars. The total price before any addons should have been $32,000.00, however the total we were given was $66,000.00. TRUST ME>>> STAY AWAY! the Wright Brothers working there talk a big game but remember it is only talk. I do plan to get an attorney involved and do have screenshots and pictures of the offer vs total but why should a consumer have to do all of this. More

Without a doubt, the worst car dealership I have ever visited in my entire life! They advertised a 2026 Ram 1500 Rebel for $58,064. We drove an hour and a half to buy the vehicle, only to learn they adde visited in my entire life! They advertised a 2026 Ram 1500 Rebel for $58,064. We drove an hour and a half to buy the vehicle, only to learn they added $7k in dealer add ons and refused to sell the vehicle for the advertised price without the dealer add ons. I informed them this was against multiple Texas State laws! We asked for a manager but they just sent another salesperson. They liteally did not care about violating the Texas state laws - 43 T.A.C. 215.25 that says optional dealer add ons.cannot be forced and the advertised price must already include any dealer markups or prep charges or the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, DTPA 17.46 which says refusing to sell at the advertised price is considered a deceptive practice subject to penalties of up to $10,000 per violation per day! I filed complaints with the Texas DMV enforcement division as well as the Texas Attorney General, and I sent a letter to Stellantis and made a TikTok video. If you bought a vehicle from this dealership and you were forced to pay for dealer add ons, learn about your rights - file a complaint with the Texas DMV enforcement division -- you are entitled to recover up to triple the amount of charges for dealer add ons they forced on you! We spoke to Dennis Wright and an Eric. I won't mention the salepeson because there was nothing he could do personally! Unscrupulous dealers like Big Star should not be in business! I would NEVER buy from a dealer that engages in deceptive practices! You want to do business with a dealership that prioritizes customer service and is ethical! More consumers need to put their foot down and refuse to deal with horrible dealers like Big Star! I strongly encourage anyone who has a similar experience to take the time to file the complaints with the attorney general and the Texas DMV enforcement division as well as reaching out to Stellantis and sharing the experience on social media! Perhaps if enough consumers take these actions, the dealers will be imposed big fines and start to change their ways! If you already bought a vehicle from this dealer, be sure to fill out the survey you will get after the purchase with all of the negative feedback! This has an impact to their bottom line! More
