Was not informed immediately when there was going to be a delay in repair. I went in a few months ago for an oil change. James suggested the 3/$200 oil change deal they have. I went for it. The first oil change I had I went in and was told I'd be out in an hour and it t James suggested the 3/$200 oil change deal they have. I went for it. The first oil change I had I went in and was told I'd be out in an hour and it took two hours. They also didn't reset my oil meter so for my second oil change I wasn't able to tell exactly how many miles I had left to complete my oil change. I went in for my second oil change and voiced this respectfully to Demario Rhodes who was the service manager on duty. He said he understood and that he would make sure it doesn't happen. I got my key back. I turn my car on and again it states oil change required. The second you turn the car on the car already tells you so for the second time the technicians ignore it. I've lost complete trust in this dealership. Oil change is the simplest maintenance on a car yet this dealership can't complete a proper one even with the car telling them it needs to be reset. I do not believe they change the oil or filter each oil change as I've asked for my filter and still didn't get it again. I would definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone. I'm not coming back for my third oil change. I do not trust they do a proper job and every time I'm in the office there is always one or more customers complaining about them not doing a proper job. I gave them a second change to make things right and voiced my concerns and they still didn't do their job. If you love your car don't take it to this dealership! More
