Someone has sent false email notifications to come in for service or a maintenance program will expire. My maintenence program is not due to expire. A few days after having my service done I received email s service or a maintenance program will expire. My maintenence program is not due to expire. A few days after having my service done I received email stating that service was overdue. I responded to these emails asking why these messages were sent. No one yet has given me an answer. Starting at the service department I have a sense that some staff at the dealership are indifferent to my business. The latte/coffee machine is a winner. More
