The service is great but the communication between the cst service rep n customer needs improvement , no daily update when your vehicle is in the shop, at least a text sent to say no update or they are st cst service rep n customer needs improvement , no daily update when your vehicle is in the shop, at least a text sent to say no update or they are still working on it, I’ve had it there four times sometimes I’ll send a text no reply so then I have to call and ask for my rep, sometimes it went two days and no response so I have to call then they tell me what’s going on but at least some communication, I’ve even had where they told me they were calling me and they seem to be off that day and didn’t tell me so I had to run and get my vehicle at the last minute this happened twice that’s about it. Thank you. More

Not pleased . Car comes back unfinished. Not happy customer. I have to call them and bring the car back in to have them finish with they were supposed to finish. Car comes back unfinished. I brought my Fiat in to Big Star for the state inspection. Moved gracefully through their Express check-in., out the door with a passed inspection in a short amount of time.
