This dealership failed in sales, customer care and communication, administration in regards to financing, and preparation of the vehicle. Sales: I went to the dealership for the price advertised onl communication, administration in regards to financing, and preparation of the vehicle. Sales: I went to the dealership for the price advertised online. When I arrived and stated which vehicle I wanted, I was quoted a price that was about $5,000 higher. When I said that I was not willing to pay that, the price was magically reduced to something closer to what was advertised. Furthermore, a week after the deal was closed, I discovered that RAM offers a $500 incentive to military and veterans. It was known that I was a retired Marine but the sales staff did not disclose that information. Customer Care: When a problem arose with the financing, a week after I took possession of the vehicle, the staff stopped communicating and refused to return calls. I had to drive to the dealership to have my questions answered. Administration: Problems with financing occurred because the individual processing the paperwork failed to include $40,000 of income, which skewed my debt to income ratio. The loan was rejected after I left with the vehicle, which he did not tell me for a week. This reflected negatively to my credit score. The dealership applied for financing with another lender and did not properly fill out the paperwork, contributing to another delay of several weeks. Again, communication during this time was not forthcoming. Preparation of the Vehicle: After taking possession of my brand new truck I discovered that the tires were all inflated to different pressure, which caused the low tire pressure alert to go off when the weather turned cold. Also the windshield washer fluid was not filled and ran out in three weeks. The reservoir holds a gallon, and I filled it with a full gallon. What I find most interesting is that there has been no effort on the part of the dealership to acknowledge these shortcomings or the inconvenience that they caused. In my first review, which ended up on the dealership's facebook page, I mentioned that I had owned the vehicle for six weeks and still had no registration. Thirty minutes later I received a call from the dealership stating that my registration was there with the receptionist. They saw my review but chose not to acknowledge it when they called me. They can not make up for any impact on my credit rating, nor can they give back the time that I lost going to the dealership to ask questions (because no one would return my calls) or to sign paperwork for the second loan. They certainly do not seem interested in restoring my trust or redeeming their reputation. More

This dealership is clean and inviting. The greeting personnel in the Service Department are respectful and friendly.
