Left without official paperwork detailing purchase. Sent a flash drive via mail - no information displayed. Waiting to receive hard copy. Drove off of lot in brand new vehicle, and had a Uconnect e Sent a flash drive via mail - no information displayed. Waiting to receive hard copy. Drove off of lot in brand new vehicle, and had a Uconnect error display on screen. Salesman unsure of cause, and told me to come in that Saturday. Arrived to Service Center that Saturday, and was told to come back Monday when more individuals working inside. Came back that Thursday, and was told something needed to be replaced, and the part was in to do so. Told it should take an hr to an hr and a half. After almost 2 hr wait, told that a module needed to be ordered, and I would need to return the vehicle and drop off for at least 2-3 days before getting it back. More
