Salesperson Amber was great. The GM not so much, coward who hid in his office and would rather lose a deal than work with customers. I have an 800 credit score and he would not remove an extremely inflated involuntary add on. If I did not like the car so much, I would have left. He completely ruined what should be a happy occasion. Not the first time this dealership has been unprofessional though so not surprised. Again, they were they only dealership nearby with the car I wanted in the color I wanted. More
