After having 3 hours of my time waisted Wednesday by Jason the sales rep and your F&I dept yesterday your sales mgr Cindy Miranda reached out to me today wanting to help. She listened to my complaints about being lied to to get me to drive almost 2 hours to get there. I’m disabled so that was hard on my hands. She managed to get the payments on the truck down to $645. I told her she had a deal and that I could be there at noon on Friday to sign papers and take delivery. Your sales rep Jason, I’m sure at the directive of Cindy calls and wants a $500 deposit to hold the truck. I have a couple of problems with this. Since I am the only one who has done everything I said I was going to do WHEN I said I was going to do it just to have my time waisted I can’t see why she can’t hold the truck for me until noon tomorrow. She doesn’t feel she can do this. I would think that would be the least she could do. Like I said I’m the only one who has been honest the entire time. I can’t just up and run over to your dealership. I have a Doctors appt at 2pm tomorrow on Medical Center Dr. I also want assurances from you that the truck will be there when I arrive. I have already been approved. After wasting my day yesterday I would think it’s the least she could do. And please no surprises in financing.
