DO NOT GO HERE!! NOT EVEN ONE STAR - it made me choose something. Where to even start. My husband got in touch with a lady via text named Annie. He sent her all of the information needed to buy a truck, his pre-approval letter, the trade in offer from another dealership. Annie told him via text that they could guarantee $500-$1,000 MORE on his trade (I still have these texts). They asked $20,500 (keep that in mind). After telling her our bottom dollar she told him that the deal was a go and to head her way. We live 1 1/2 hours away. He asks for the final numbers on the truck before we left she said she would get it to him and never did. She quit answering. After 30 minutes on the road he tried to reach Annie again, no answer. We got put in contact with a lady named Cindy (she should not have ANY job). She told us she was Annie's boss and a sales manager. He explained to her the situation and that he would be upset if this deal did not go through after we both took off an afternoon from work to drive there. She told us that Annie was probably just being optimistic about the deal and that no deal was a go until we get there and they look at our truck. She said she couldn't give us any numbers on this deal. She said "here's the kicker, if you get here and the numbers aren't where you want them you don't have to buy the truck!" Definitely not how you talk to anyone or sell a vehicle. After speaking with Cindy, Annie appears with a text saying that Cindy told her to let us know about a $3,000 package that is added on to the price that isn't on the sales price. When ended up going because we have been looking for this exact truck for a while. Finally, we are there. We walk in and we meet Devante, he let us know that Annie is just a virtual assistant and not able to sell cars and that Cindy is her boss but she is NO sales manager. Devante does apologize and tells me he has a complaint form I can fill out on both of them. Devante tells us he is going to be straight forward and no BS. My husband starts ALL the way over with our bottom dollar and tell him where we have to be for this to work. An hour later Devante comes back $9,000 over our bottom dollar. He tells us they are only going to give us $18,000 for our truck after their other employee says they can guarantee $500-$1,000 MORE. At this point, your employee screwed up and you have to need to honor what they have said. We tell Devante we are leaving because we don't have time and they are obviously not worried about working a deal. (This is also a 2020 that we know they probably need to get off of their lot.) He tells us that we need to work with him. There's no working to be done, we told you what we can do. I asked him myself "Are we supposed to sit here for hours and go back and forth?" He responded with "No, but you need to work with me." I'm not sure what there was to work on at this point. His attitude quickly changed, he started rolling his eyes, pretty much said it was our fault and we were the problem. We asked for our keys and the complaint form again when he quickly informed me " the printer was broken." Our keys were still across the street at their other dealership. He walked away for about 5 minutes when we decided we will just walk across the street and get them ourselves. He finally comes outside and starts yelling for us across the parking lot. He decides to follow us over there and tell me "Just stay out here, do not come in." as if I'm his child. It was a dealership, nothing was off limits. I wouldn't suggest him or this dealership to my worst enemy. They're just crooks and I wish I would have read most of the reviews before we went. More

These guys pull all of the stereotypical dealer tricks. Lowball your trade by thousands of dollars, refuse to provide your qualified Affiliate pricing until you tell them how much you owe on your trade, re Lowball your trade by thousands of dollars, refuse to provide your qualified Affiliate pricing until you tell them how much you owe on your trade, refuse to bring your keys back, leave you waiting 20+ minutes while they talk to the manager. The advertised pricing online is also not available unless you qualify for each set of discounts, very much a scam to get you in the door and attempt to wear you out with the back and forth. The conditional offers listed on the online price are only part of what you have to qualify for apparently. Affiliate pricing is supposed to be below dealer invoice and was very much NOT so. Not sure who is leaving the good reviews but read the bad reviews for the reasoning behind them and you'll see they are legitimate reviews. More
