Over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a noon appointment and needed to return to work. I had to go ask as I wasn’t told if an issue. I saw others come and go with one getting asked I had a noon appointment and needed to return to work. I had to go ask as I wasn’t told if an issue. I saw others come and go with one getting asked about her time and if she had an update. Not a good experience as I was late returning to work. I pre bought oil changes when I bought my truck and plan one more trip to this service department. And yes I bought my truck at this dealership. More
