I was deceived about being able to get my oil changed at any Dodge dealership with the package that I bought. It was closing time when I bought it and contracts were shoved in front of me to sign so it’s my any Dodge dealership with the package that I bought. Had service done on December 6th and service adviser said I used all my free oil changes. I showed her my service records and got here straight. They were so backed up in shop bay that they were telling othe I used all my free oil changes. I showed her my service records and got here straight. They were so backed up in shop bay that they were telling other people the same thing. They didn't rotate tires because I marked them before hand. Adviser told me my truck was heading to carwash rack so I was waiting outside. Twenty minutes later my truck came out of service bay heading to backed up wash bay. I told adviser to forget wash bay and just bring me my truck. I would buy a third Ram but just not from that dealership. Tracey More
