Left without official paperwork detailing purchase. Sent a flash drive via mail - no information displayed. Waiting to receive hard copy. Drove off of lot in brand new vehicle, and had a Uconnect error display on screen. Salesman unsure of cause, and told me to come in that Saturday. Arrived to Service Center that Saturday, and was told to come back Monday when more individuals working inside. Came back that Thursday, and was told something needed to be replaced, and the part was in to do so. Told it should take an hr to an hr and a half. After almost 2 hr wait, told that a module needed to be ordered, and I would need to return the vehicle and drop off for at least 2-3 days before getting it back. More

The vehicle we wanted just so happened to br stolen 2 days before we got to the dealership. Fortunately they found one 200 miles away tat we were assured would be here the next day. I finally had to call days before we got to the dealership. Fortunately they found one 200 miles away tat we were assured would be here the next day. I finally had to call our salesman to ask when our vehicle would be there. Apparently the porter is running late and won’t be at the dealership until after closing. We’ve sat and waited all day because we were assured several times that our vehicle would be here today. I think we deserved a phone call instead of me having to call. Very bad service. Hopefully our new vehicle will be there in the morning. I have other issues but not enough room to write it all. More
