Richard Fernandez made all these promises to no longer accept my call after taking delivery of the vehicle. It’s really sad and disheartening for someone to mislead a person when they are trusting them t accept my call after taking delivery of the vehicle. It’s really sad and disheartening for someone to mislead a person when they are trusting them to make the right ethical decisions for the customer. Not to mentioned I received a decision letter in the mail from a Credit Union who wanted to view my income documents which I had on hand and no one asked for them. So I was hurried into a deal with all these extras that I dont need nor will use, resulting in my actual financing amount to be over 40k for as 32k car. More

Typical old school car sales tactics. The price online changed over $3k by the time I sat down at the desk. I left without making a deal, then told them I'd come back for a certain price, The price online changed over $3k by the time I sat down at the desk. I left without making a deal, then told them I'd come back for a certain price, when I got back they wanted to work the deal over again without starting at the price I told them I wanted over the phone. Then I made a deal with them based on 3 conditions, one of them being 90days no payments. They told me we had a deal then when I was signing the contracts they informed me the payments were due in 45 days. Then I wasn't trading a vehicle and I needed to get my jeep delivered it was a c.p.o. and it says that comes with free delivery but they wouldn't deliver it. They claimed I was outside the delivery range but didn’t answer me when I asked how far the range was. I have no plans of dealing with this company or their affiliates again. More

Service advisor did not listen/understand the problem described, therefore the technician was trying to recreate a problem that did not exist. Also I had to initiate all communications with the advisor described, therefore the technician was trying to recreate a problem that did not exist. I guess that is why they couldn't recreate it. More
