I am very disappointed with the service I received at Big Star. My experience with Estefany was particularly frustrating. Throughout the entire process, she demonstrated a lack of professionalism and poor co Star. My experience with Estefany was particularly frustrating. Throughout the entire process, she demonstrated a lack of professionalism and poor communication. I was never contacted with updates regarding my vehicle, which remained at the dealership for four days without any apparent progress. Each time, I had to reach out on my own to get any information. I was initially informed that the diagnostic process would take approximately 48 hours. What I didn’t expect was that I would have to call and remind them that my vehicle was still sitting in their lot, seemingly forgotten. It took eight days of my Jeep sitting at the dealership—and $300 in rental car fees—just to be told that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle’s AC system. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I felt unwelcome. Estefany appeared disinterested and preoccupied with personal conversations with coworkers, making it seem as though assisting me was an inconvenience. Her demeanor and lack of attention left a poor impression. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to Big Star for future service. I would rather take my business elsewhere, even if it means going out of my way. More
