I have been going to Big Star Dodge since 2017. I purchased my first brand new Dodge Charger in June 2020. Always received exceptional service. This last service was very different. I always wait for my vehicle and in the past the service coordinator would walk to you with your keys to let you know your vehicle was ready. This last time I was watching a movie on my phone and at the end of the movie I logged of and saw a text had come through 2 hours earlier that my vehicle was ready. This texting has taken away the personable experience we used to receive. The only other thing is that I had informed my service coordinator when I checked my vehicle in that the windshield washer fluid was not coming out when I initiated my wiper blades. He said that they would not have time to look at it. On yesterday, Thursday, 3/5/26, I went to the auto parts company where I purchased the wiper blades, and it took 10 minutes for the tech to fix it. The tech had me to open my hood and press the washer blades and we saw the washer fluid was spraying out but not through the washer fluid spout. He unhooked the a few tabs on each side of the firewall and saw the tubes had come loose from the set of spouts on the hood and it worked. The process just took 10 minutes. It kind of amazed me that Big Star did not have time just to do a visual as part of the 20-point inspection and they had my car 2 hours. I just suggest if a customer comes with a problem, time should be given just to at least do a visual. I still give them 5 stars. More
